FIRST TR FTSE EPRA/NAREIT DEVL ALERIAN DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY REAL ESTAT

The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, to those of an equity index called the Alerian Disruptive Technology Real Estate Index (the "Index"). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs) or European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs") representing securities in the Index.
