The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, to those of an equity index called the Nasdaq OMX Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index (the "Index"). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs) or European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs") representing securities in the Index.
