The AllianzIM U.S. Large Cap Buffer20 Apr ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to match the returns of the S&P 500 Index up to a stated upside Cap, while providing a Buffer against the first 20% of the S&P 500 Index losses for the currently effective Outcome Period from June 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.
