The AllianzIM U.S. Large Cap Buffer10 Dec ETF (the Fund) seeks to match the returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a stated upside Cap, while providing a Buffer against the first 10% of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust losses for the currently effective Outcome Period from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023.
