The investment objective of the FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF - March (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns (before fees and expenses) of approximately twice any positive price return of the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap that is expected to be between 13.01% and 12.16% while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from March 20, 2023 through March 15, 2024. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange® Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF").
