The Invesco S&P 500 Minimum Variance ETF (the "Fund") is based on the S&P 500® Minimum Volatility Index (the "Index"). The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index employs a managed-volatility methodology that seeks to achieve lower total risk than the S&P 500 Index, while maintaining similar characteristics.
