INVESCO S AND P SMALLCAP 600 GARP ETF

The Invesco S&P SmallCap 600© GARP ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600© Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The Fund is composed of approximately 90 securities in S&P SmallCap 600© Index with “relatively high quality and value composite scores” calculated pursuant to the index methodology. The Fund and Index are rebalanced semi-annually after market close on the third Friday in June and December.
