INVESCO EXCHANGE TRADED FD TR II ESG NASDAQ NEXT GEN 100 ETF

The Invesco ESG NASDAQ Next Gen 100 ETF (Fund) is based on the Nasdaq Next Generation 100 ESG Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of companies included in the Nasdaq Next Generation 100 Index that also meet environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) criteria.
