The SPDR Portfolio S&P Sector Neutral Dividend ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the performance of publicly traded issuers that have historically followed a policy of increasing or maintaining dividend payments and mirrors the sector weights of the broad exchange-traded U.S. equity securities universe.
