The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its objective by investing nearly all of the Fund’s assets in a portfolio replicating the constituents and weights of the S&P 500, while seeking to reduce volatility by purchasing options contracts on the CBOE Volatility Index (the “VIX Index”).
